Swing shift Production Supervisor needed for fast-paced manufacturing environment. Position will be responsible for the manufacture of quality products being completed on time and in a safe cost-effective manner. They will monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed, ensure that products are produced on time and meet or exceed quality standards, ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded, implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices, and supervise and motivate a team of workers.
Day shift opportunity may also be an option.
Salary commensurate with experience.
