The Opportunity with Overcast
We’re hiring a Receiving Clerk to support manufacturing operations onsite at Overcast. This role will be hired via our growing Overcast division in Spokane. This is a contract role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are accurate, inspected, and ready for production. The estimated duration is 6–12 months, with potential for extension.

What You’ll Be Doing
Inspect incoming materials and shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Verify quantities, dimensions, and overall condition of materials
Identify and document discrepancies, damages, or quality issues
Enter receiving data into ERP systems accurately
Coordinate with QA, purchasing, and internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure materials meet quality standards before being released to production
Use measuring tools and inspection equipment as needed
Maintain organized receiving and inspection areas
Support overall flow of materials within the facility
What You Bring
1–5 years of experience in receiving, inspection, warehouse, or similar work
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
Comfortable working with basic computer systems or ERP tools
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
Nice to Have
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with quality standards or inspection processes (ASQ or similar)
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Forklift certification or experience
OSHA 10 certification
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings

This is an hourly contract role, with a pay range of $20.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience.
