This is a 2013 Kirk Douglas signature model with the pick up selector that you can rotate to blend in the middle pickup. Pickups are 57 classics and the bridge and neck pickups can be split to single coil by pulling up on the tone knobs.

It's 100% original with no breaks, scratches or dings. All the edges of the headstock are nice and clean. The plastic film is still on the pickguard. That said, the pickup selector (look up TogPot) is known to crackle, but I didn't want to modify a guitar that so few of were made and this wiring setup is the only way you can dial out the middle pickup entirely. It's nice and light, the fretboard is silky, and the neck profile is awesome. You can't get SG Custom details for any less money, new or used.
