This is a golden-era American archtop that's been fully dialed in. Unlike some earlier Kays, this has a functioning truss rod. It's a cannon - plenty loud for acoustic work, but also nails old-school jazz and jump blues stuff with the DeArmond pickup. Beautiful shade of sunburst.
