Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are looking to add an office administrative assistant to our team!
We provide medical, dental, 401K and PTO for all full time employees.
Piersol Construction Inc. has been in business for over 25 years!
This position can be full time or part time.
Full time hours are Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday: 7am-2:30pm.
Part time hours are Monday-Friday: 7am-12:30pm
Schedule may be negotiated depending on availability, however 7am start time is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Filing, scanning, printing and data entry
- Organizing, maintaining and updating files
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hardworking, reliable and professional
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Microsoft office experience
- Must pass criminal background check
- We are a drug free and smoke free company
Preferred but not required:
- Construction industry knowledge
- HR experience
