The Big Picture
We’re looking for a motivated leader to own the lifecycle of our installation projects. You’ll be the bridge between our "big picture" planning and "on-the-ground" reality, making sure everything runs smooth, stays on budget, and meets our high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a "wear many hats" kind of role where no two days are the same:
• Project Flow: You’ll map out project scopes, dive into the plans, and make sure we have the right people and gear in the right places.
• Keeping it Lean: You’ll keep an eye on the numbers, manage resources, and handle the "pivot" when project needs change to keep things profitable.
• Mentorship: You’re there to coach the crew, keep vibes high, and make sure everyone is working safe and leveling up their skills.
• Quality Control: You’ll be responsible for checking the work, solving puzzles on the fly, and making sure we’re hitting our benchmarks.
• The Go-To Person: You’ll be the face of the project for clients and partners, smoothing over any speed bumps and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Customer Hero: You’re the guardian of our "handshake from the heart" philosophy. You’ll check in with customers’ post-install to make sure they’re thrilled and turn any hiccups into five-star wins.
What You Bring
• The Hustle: Solid experience in the field with a few years spent leading teams and calling the shots.
• The Know-How: You’re comfortable with technical systems, understand the "how-to" of construction, and can make sense of complex blueprints.
• Tech Savvy: You’re a pro at staying organized using our digital toolkit and standard management apps.

• Pay: $52k–$72k based on your skills and what you bring to the table.
