Data entry
Manage and maintain office supplies
Source and order warehouse and door shop supplies
Credit card reconciliation
Answer phones as needed, check main office voicemail
Requirements and skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, scanners, laminators and phones
Excellent time management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
This is a part time position, 20-24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting pay is $18/Hour
