Requirements:
· Keep trailer in good appearance

· 30 day notice by either party to vacate
· No excessive noise (Quite time at 9pm)
· No guest longer than a 2 night period
· Be respectful, considerate and clean
· Take your trash to the dump regularly
· Use propane for heating (NO ELECTRIC HEATERS)
· Water will be tenants responsibility to keep from freezing from source provided
