URGENT!! Help needed ASAP please (Spokane)

This dog seems to be the sweetest!! He looks to be an intact male German Shepherd mix, no idea about age. He has had some kind of damage and is blind in his right eye, his right ear got shot and is barely hanging on. This isn’t our dog, but I got permission to try to find a home for this sweet guy before more bad things happen to him.
I know this is a long shot, he obviously needs a vet visit, one many people can’t afford…So any info at all would be so helpful. If you or someone you know would be willing to take in a dog in need or if there’s any kind of rescue willing to step in. Please let us know!! Message us for any additional info
