Custom Front/Rear Ends Ring & Pinion Setups

PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON BUILD
I do custom front ends and rear ends for most Jeeps, Scouts, Bronco's and so on. Narrow track and wide track CJ5/CJ7 front ends, spring under or over. High pinion Dana 44 driver side drops for XJ/ZJ/YJ/TJ or Ford Ranger which work great running a Ford Explorer 8.8 rear w/ c-clip eliminator kit or other Dana 44 rears which I try to keep on hand. Narrow 60's/ tons. If you have a build in mind I can make it happen.
Also setup ring and pinions (from scratch or just freshening up what you have) and most front/rear end work (ball joints, u joints, wheel bearings/seals). Can get you setup with a mechanical or selectable locker for better off-road performance.
Can build Dana 44’s for your YJ/TJ where you can keep your 5x4.5 unit bearing outers and brakes. Saving time and money not having to change wheels.
Have a cast wedge 1978-79 f150 front end but want it cut down for your first gen (66-77) Bronco. I can make that happen.
Can also cut and turn knuckles for (SCOUT's) specifically or will narrow what you already have for your project.
Looking to just have your axle completely gone through (restored) for you build I can do that.

Prices differ for each and every project and please understand I can't control parts costs which is usually the most expensive part. Understand that if you want a fully built front, rear or pair with all new parts, that it will cost more than $1000.
For XJ/YJ/TJ Jeeps I can put the front or rear truss on for you. Can also setup ring and pinion and give you a complete front end that's ready to bolt into your rig. ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IF WE ARE DOING A CUSTOM WIDTH THAT THE STEERING WILL ALSO NEED TO BE BUILT WHICH I CAN DO BUT WILL COST EXTRA
Also can do disk brake conversions for early CJ's or Jeeps with drum brakes and change over pre 1970 jeep rear axles to one piece chromoly shafts (call for pricing).
Also can do bracket removal on 2005+ Super Duty axles for installing into Wranglers or other vehicles.
