It's all there. Just bolt up to front of towed vehicle, attach to trailer hitch and pin the clip through 2 connection points and your legal for a vehicle to vehicle flat rolling tow. You'll need trailer lights if course. Anyway this thing cost me almost a grand not to long ago. I used it twice and now I need some extra Xmas cash this the reason it's for sale. Iam not to happy about pissing 7 hundo down the drain but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do so no low balls please. Keep it in the ball park and I'll sell to you. Call or text anytime.
