Aye I’m looking for a new kitchen to call home. I have many years experience as a prep cook and line cook. I have 2 years of sous chef experience. I have great multi-tasking and timing skills. I am comfortable with most kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. I have menu planning experience as well as experience ordering and costing.
I’m really looking for a day time position but would be willing to work evenings if the pay/opportunity is right.
