TDS work crews do a terrible job/unprofessional (SPOKANE)

TDS work crews installing fiber optic in my neighbor hood have broken peoples concrete curbing,and left a mess in every yard/place they have dug in ground.leaving dirt on driveways and in the road,dont they have a fn broom ?
very unprofessional and dont give a damn about your property.when they were in indian trail i heard bad stories about them also,
now their making a mess of nice neighbor hoods in north spokane. i will not use their services .
