Quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the I-90 Spokane/Seltice Street exits. We may have a second furnished room coming available in the next week or so if you need two rooms :)
Non-smoking drug-free home - no vaping please :)
$725 per room includes modest use of utilities (heat, electric, gas, trash, sewer). We keep the main house heat at about 60 degrees to help save everyone money, with economical radiant space heaters in each bedroom so you can adjust to your comfort level.
Move-in cost is first+last month's rent, plus refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. We'll each take ohotos of the house and room for before and after shots to show any pre-existing wear or damage to help protect your security deposit to make sure everything's fair :)
(3 x $725 = $2,175 total move-in cost per room :)
Two cat ladies live here! :) Seeking someone who likes animals but who currently has no pets (or something small and quiet in a cage or aquarium :)
Bonus points if you happen to be open to the idea of occasional easy cat-sitting to allow me to go go visit family out of state ;) I have an automatic cat feeder and they use the cat door, so there's no stinky litterbox ;) and not much to do but check catfood levels wnd text me pics of what they're doing every second of the day while I'm traveling! (KIDDING :)
Seeking someone ideally wanting a place from now until March 2026+ (winter months) or later - after that it's a month-to-month arrangement but if you like it here we'd welcome a longer term.
Room can be furnished with a bed and has mirror-door sliding door closets.
Older carpet in the home (shampooed regularly), a newer French door fridge, and older stove, microwaves, full sized washer/dryer un shared laundry room.
Street parking (easy to find).
We work different shifts so we keep the home quiet for resting, reading, studying, sleeping.
We offer each other a friendly sense of privacy and generally keep our social lives away from the house. The homeowner's boyfriend and out-of-town family members may occasionally visit, but we'll work to minimize the impact on the rest of the household.
The home is currently in the mid-decluttering stages so there are some things still in progress (and several eyesores :), but one of the furnished rooms is available now (available with a double bed mattress, please bring your own bedding :)
