MUST be gainfully employed, respectful of others, and clean and tidy. Includes utilities and WiFi, access to laundry and kitchen. Ample secure parking. Gated property. No pets. I have large non-shedding dog. No smoking, no 420 or any illegal drugs and no substance abuse issues. Tenant agreement required. Applicant must consent to and pay for Credit/Background check ($54), proof of employment and references. $895 per month. Non-refundable $150 cleaning fee (this cleans the room and carpet after you move). Available as soon as credit and background clears.
