This charming old house has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom on each floor. One roommate rents out both downstairs rooms, and myself and another roommate are upstairs, along with the room for rent. There are 2 indoor/outdoor cats who spend most of their time outside, but would be incompatible with dogs.
All 3 of us are ~30yo guys who are quiet and considerate, various roommates have lived here for the past 10 years so our situation is very thoughtful and sustainable. There's a good kitchen, washer/dryer, livingroom and a dining room that's great for hosting.
Rent is $500 per-room and bills split per-person: Water/Sewer/Garbage, Power/Heat, & Internet due on the 15th(ish) for approximately $150/month (higher in the winter months) So $500 due on the 1st and bills due on the 15th.
The room comes with a window A/C unit, central heat, and an ethernet cable connection (with good internet) as well as WiFi and street parking out front. Mission Park is very close, and the neighborhood is mostly college kids.
