Just need a roommate who's quiet, has a steady income, someone who's respectful, clean and has transportation but that's not a deal breaker, really just someone who's responsible, no pets allowed, no smoking or drinking(social drinking is fine)and definitely no drugs, rent must be paid by the 1st of each month and no unexpected friend or company or overnight guests. The total rent would be $550 utilities included, plus a $300 refundable deposit if everything is as was when you leave. So $850 total to move in. Looking for someone by the 1st of February.
