My name is Sean Haire. The owner of "The Haire Haus," a property management company dedicated solely to Shoshone County and the surrounding areas.
We are a full-service property management firm that services residential and commercial properties.
We are your "boots on the ground team" for your rentals. We are experienced in Airbnb rentals, RV parking Rentals, Storage rentals, residential, and commercial buildings. I personally have a rental mix of Airbnbs, RV parking, and residential properties, so you are in good company. In addition, our services include CPA accounting for your property; your rent is deposited directly into your bank account, not into a commingled property management account elsewhere.
Our rates are as follows
20% - 8% of rents collected, based on rent size and complexity
Or
Guaranteed Rent. We pay you a monthly fee for your property, rain or shine, and then we sublease your property. (Common use case is for properties that need to be repaired and have overdue maintenance, as we pay all of that for you and deduct from future rents)
Do you only need a tenant placement service and not a management company? We also provide tenant placement services for a flat fee of 20 to 8% of the projected annual rent.
