We purchased this in February 2024 from the original owners who purchased it Brand-Spankin'-new from the Spokane RV show back in 2004. As an electrician, he wired in a second RV outlet so you can plug in from the rear or from the side with the flip of a switch!
We are selling a Nice, White, 2004 37' Montana 5th Wheel, 3650RK, Arctic Package, underbelly is fully enclosed, 4 slides, no leaks, Queen Master bed with newer 12"-14" super comfortable mattress(wait until you try it) that will remain in it. Master bedroom slide, master bedroom closet wall-to-wall, large Living room slide, large Kitchen slide, large Dining room slide. It has the optional sunken kitchen, a large Kitchen island with lots of storage. Tons of cabinet/pantry/cupboard space throughout. Livingroom ceiling fan, Large "adult sized" shower, large "adult sized" toilet closet, bathroom pantry.
Original carpet throughout in good condition, brand new LVP flooring in the Kitchen with trim. Central vacuum system, changeable bags, works excellent, A/C works nicely, Central heat propane furnace, two large propane tanks(guessing 10gal size) both tanks are full, New RV Gas stove/oven works excellent(we baked fresh bread and cookies in it). RV fridge/freezer work well(we also have a new appt sized fridge/freezer we used that is new and available if you'd like). Newer RV hot water tank with enough hot water for two adults to shower one after another without running out of good hot water!! Original owner removed the Microwave, we never replaced it as we do not use one, so we just used the space for additional storage, spices etc. Newer whole RV water filtration(inside), PEX lines throughout. Brand new awning with all new hardware(included, not installed yet, never needed). Original owner removed all of the faded factory stickers. They are available online if you'd like to have them, never bothered us with them removed.
Comes with one comfortable Lazy-boy type chair/swivel rocker, one loveseat that one side reclines, queen bed raises at foot end for lots of storage and a small safe(will remain), master bedroom has a large flat screen TV(will remain). One large entertainment center in LR with large flat screen(will remain). Also has a large pass-thru basement that is accessible from either side and is also accessible from inside at the stairs. The basement has a full width sliding tool tray(professionally installed) that slides out from either side(pretty cool). Tires have decent tread left(50%). Spare tire is brand new. Maxcool fan vents in Living room, in kitchen, in bedroom and bathroom. Large/high dome ceiling skylight in the shower so you can stand up straight like an adult and shower(i'm 6'5"). Has a large storage compartment up front, with one RV battery. Also comes with a newer long heated RV Black/Grey waste hose, 25' heated freshwater hose, two 30'(or so) Heavy Duty RV electrical cords for longer reach.
We only ever used it plugged in to 50amp RV spot. The 5th Wheel has just been winterized and is ready to go for your travels or fulltime RV'ing. Title in hand for a cash in hand sale. Any viewings would need to be scheduled as it is stored on private property.
