Dining room tips out. Rear living with 2 leather seats. Smart TV, Solar powered so you never run out of battery. Slide out duel batteries, heavy duty tires and axle, awning over the tip-out. It tows like a dream. I tow it with a Yukon and it does great.
Single owner, kept under cover. This Lance measures 27 foot from bumper to hitch. Hairline, cosmetic surface crack under the tip out that has been checked out and sealed by a licensed RV technician. It’s not visible when tip out is retracted.
