Second owner. New roof, new tires, new bearing pack. Spring over conversion with new springs( Poll Spring), perches, and shackles. New LP line. Les Schwab batteries are 2 years. Refrigerator, stove, oven and lights work great. Brakes work great. All manuals since new. All the windows, screens and fans work. Unused spare. Many receipts to document the items listed above. This is a dry trailer. This means no water. Despite annual cleansing of water tank it always tasted like plastic. We elected to eliminate all water tanks and drain hoses to convert it to a low-maintenance unit. The floor in the bathroom where the toilet and shower were is a large space. One could add a compost toilet or add a massive shelved closet for storage. We found the absence of a shower, toilet and water tank to be a significant advantage but this may not suit others. Sleeps 2 adults and two children, Dinette breaks down in to a bed.
