Interior was completely gutted and redone with a few minor things left to finish (cabinet doors/drawer going back on with new hardware, wallpaper order to finish, some new light fixtures being installed)
Built in new twin bunks (2) , new carpet, new stairs being built to bedroom, no known leaks, everything but the freezer works, electric front jacks. Will include 1 new twin mattress, queen rv mattress, dining table/benches.
Slide outs in living area and main bedroom. Lots of room and storage,

Awning is partially ripped on one side but still usable
Couch
Tires are fine, hold air just older, if planning to haul a lot would suggest new ones.
Needs batteries and propane tanks
Completely usable as is and hauls great.
Have a hitch/bed rails I can include for additional price
