Pono Security is actively hiring professional and reliable Flex Security Officers throughout Washington State. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible schedules, varied assignments, and opportunities for advancement within a growing security company.
As a Flex Officer, you will support multiple client locations and assist with open shifts, special events, vacation coverage, and emergency staffing needs.
Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols

• Monitor property and report suspicious activity

• Complete detailed incident reports using TrackTik

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients

• Enforce property rules and post orders

• Respond to emergencies and security concerns

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid Washington State Security Guard License (or ability to obtain one)

• Reliable transportation

• Smart phone with internet access

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to pass a background screening
