It is only me looking for a place to live. The picture is me and my niece. I am a 68yo disabled man. I am quiet and respectful and mostly keep to myself. I can only afford $400 or less give or take what's included, i.e. Wifi, utilities, etc. If you have something that can help me out I very much would appreciate it.
