Financially independent semi-retired male looking to relocate to the valley area. Over into Idaho would be fine. I can pay $700 utilities included. Clean and quiet. 420 is okay. No drugs, occasional social drinker. I will have a glass of wine for dinner. I’m a retired chef. You will most likely benefit from that. My Treager and I are very close buddies! I travel a lot so I will be gone quite a bit, especially during the summer and fall months. I fish quite often during the summer time. I can help out around the house and yard as long as it’s not too strenuous. Cats are OK, dogs bark and bite! I have a 5’x 8’ utility trailer.
