Relocating to the Spokane area - looking for a place to live (Spokane)

I am moving up to Spokane because I am looking for a better overall quality of life and a lower cost of living. The bottom line is that I simply cannot afford to live in Denver any longer. The cost of living here is ridiculous! Everything is too expensive, it’s too crowded and I will not continue to deal with this anymore.
About me. I am a single (divorced) man in my early 60s. Geez, that sounds so old. I am an Accountant. I am a somewhat of a private person who keeps to himself, but I am not unsociable. I am clean, organized and pretty much set in my ways. I will be respectful to you and your property. I prefer my life to be routine and predictable (except for this shakeup). I do not like drama. I do not drink or smoke; those days are long gone. If your place is the place where everyone goes to hang out and party all the time, then I would not be a good fit.
As far as some interests, I am a sports fan, mostly baseball, football and hockey. I also love my 70s, 80s and 90s early rock. I am kind of stuck there. I have been a drummer all my life but just sold my set so no drums are coming with me. We’ll see what the music scene offers and maybe I’ll play some on my terms. I do not do the late-night hours much anymore. Like the drums, I am selling some furniture, but I am also bringing some and can put it into storage if necessary.
