Single male, 50 + a cat, vet (Coeur d'Alene)

My cat is neutered, house trained, and an outdoor guy.
He has had 2 different dog friends before, and 4 cat friends.
I work online (from home on laptop) researching/trading stocks; not super wealthy but comfortable.
Been doing this since 2003 (22 yrs), and beat the S&P 500 on average.
Credit score 806 (as of 17 Dec), no debt.
Lived in Coeur d’Alene 1 year, Blanchard 6 months, and Post Falls 7 years.
Housing crunch forced me into Spokane; want to get back to rural life.
My character is merry and sociable, but low-key. Driven to cleanliness, and not apt to leave dirty dishes lying out. Do not smoke or drink, never have anyone over. Was raised to be quiet as a mouse, and am conscientious by nature. At my previous places, I was the roommate who vacuumed, emptied the rubbish, recycling and paper shredder, collected the post, watered the plants, swept walkway, ajaxed the sink, cleaned the microwave and stove top, replaced ice cubes, mopped the kitchen, dog walked/fed, pet sitted.
Cook all my own meals, so need kitchen space, but I have my own small freezer and refrigerator.
Rent a large storage space in Coeur d’Alene, so need no storage.
For leisure I write, hike and game; involved in social groups for these.
Straight, have a woman in Europe whom I may marry.
