Make It Matter Drafting (MIMDrafting LLC) offers our North Idaho and Inland Empire Clients a more affordable AutoCad Drafting Service for any Project that requires a Building Permit plus plans for a Contractor to use, plans for your Architect or Structural Engineer, or to just help you visualize something you would like to build. Besides just planning out the floor plans to include all utilities and egress and Feng Shui, we provide Footing/Foundation Drawings, Floor Plans, Roof Framing Plans and Elevation Drawings plus Site Disturbance Plans with Land Scaping, we can provide our Clients with everything they need to move forward as well as a Consulting Service. Make It Matter Drafting can work directly with your Architect or Structural Engineer that you retain. We can exchange mark-ups to add their changes and specifications to the Drawings and get you that Permit. Once we have your Projects information, dimensions, sketches and location, you will be provided with a written Proposal that outlines our scope of work, fees and time frame. Electronic PDF Drawings will be provided for you along the way with updates, changes and when we are done you can have them printed out at any print shop like Office Depot, Staples, ect.
