1. Role
Will work as a Door Lead Generator (canvassing). The role is 100% commission-only. No hourly wage, no mileage reimbursement, and no benefits.
2. Pay Structure
$15.00 per qualified lead
$50.00 bonus per lead that closes into a paid job (paid once the customer pays the deposit)
Important Notes:
Leads must be properly documented (name, phone number, address, service requested) and submitted the same day.
Only qualified leads count (homeowner is interested, has decision-making power, and the property qualifies for asphalt work).
The $50 closing bonus is paid when the Sales Representative closes the job and the customer makes the initial deposit.
