2002 Artic Cat 660 Touring 2-up snowmobile. It's designed for trail riding and can easily carry two people comfortably. Excellent condition. Nothing is broken, all gauges work, no torn seating, no cracks in the windshield or hood, and I haven't found any missing track lugs. Minimal usage (534 miles) and always stored inside away from weather. I added a trickle charger cord to maintain the battery that can be seen in one of the last photos. I'll include the trickle charger with the sale. This sled is a liquid cooled 4 stroke machine that has the 660 cc Suzuki 3 cylinder motor which seems to be almost bullet proof from the reviews I've read. It runs smoothly and is quiet. Doesn't spew black or gray smoke like a 2 stroke machine would. It has electric start, has electronic ignition, has reverse so you save a lot of personal energy getting the sled moved from a bad position on a trail compared to a sled without reverse that you have to physically muscle around, has heated grips for both operator and passenger, dual rear view mirrors mounted on the windshield, has ice scratchers mounted on rail, has a storage area behind the passenger seat for carrying items like an extra fuel container or a small cooler, etc., has a hitch attachment if you want to pull a cargo sled. There is a small soft nylon pouch attached to the handlebars that is easily removable, but is great to carry snacks, water bottles, etc.
This is an excellent touring or trail sled not to be confused with smaller and lighter sleds that are designed for high marking slopes or racing. If you're looking for an easy riding comfortable sled to carry an operator and a spouse or a child for a nice easy snowmobile ride, this is the sled for you.
Sled comes with a soft storage cover, wheel dollies for easy moving around in a garage or shop and I'll even include a couple of excellent condition helmets, depending on whether they'd fit you. Reason for selling is we sold the rest of our sleds a few years ago after we retired. We held onto this one thinking we'd use it, but we haven't other than a couple of times around our property in the winter (last licensed in Idaho in 2023). Has an Idaho title.
Price is $4100. You can spend three times this amount buying a new 2-up or you can get this older reliable 2-up in excellent condition for a lot less money. I am not interested in any trades, nor do I need help selling this sled. If it's posted, then it's still for sale. I will NOT RESPOND to TEXT messages or EMAILS as too many are scams or people not really looking to buy something. If you are interested and want to make arrangements to see this sled or to ask real questions, I'd be happy to talk with you on the phone.
