We have 4 furnished rooms in a 6 bedroom 2 bath house, and we have a rare opening of one room. The home is on 3/4 of an acre, with a large back yard including a pool and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Only 14 minutes from downtown. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, and desk, shared bathroom. All utilities are included ( yep WiFi, cable, Netflix, Amazon, Pluto too). This is ideal for grad students, travel nurses, traveling executives, or any one needing short term housing as the lease in month to month. $30.00 background check required at application. A $200 refundable deposit and first and last months rent for a total of $ 1600 is required at the time the lease is signed. If you are a drunk, drug addict or party animal, find another zoo please. If you are here in the spring we have 1/3 of an acre of garden plot totally unused, for you to grow what ever you want. NO COUPLES, One Tenent per Room, No PETS!!
