Lucky A Custom Meats LLC is seeking a second butcher on a part-time or on-call basis beginning immediately and running through August. In August, if the candidate is interested and willing, the position may become full-time.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience skinning and trimming meat, be able to lift 80 pounds or more with or without assistance, and stand for 8 or more hours.

Hours will run Monday through Friday, on-call for Saturdays.

Compensation is dependent on experience, and it is reviewed and updated quarterly.
