About Us
We’re a laid-back but professional outdoor Skeet & Trap shooting range with 6 active fields and a strong community of shooting enthusiasts. We believe in hard work, fresh air, and treating people with respect — staff and customers alike. When you do a good job here, you’ll be appreciated for it.
This isn’t a corporate job — it’s an honest, hands-on role where your contributions matter and your work is seen.

Position Overview
We're hiring a Range Operations Assistant to help with daily setup, basic maintenance, customer service, and general operations support. You’ll be working mostly outdoors, operating small machinery, keeping things clean and stocked, and making sure our shooters have a safe and enjoyable experience.
If you like variety, working with your hands, and spending a good amount of your day outdoors instead of behind a desk, you’ll fit right in. Your attitude and willingness to learn, is more important than experience.
“If you wear Carhartt because you need to — not because it’s trendy — this job will be easy for you.”
