J&K Commercial Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operator who is looking to grow their career and advance within our company. We are hiring immediately for individuals with experience operating press brakes and forming a variety of materials and thicknesses.
Located in the greater Post Falls, Idaho area, we specialize in custom stainless-steel fabrication for commercial kitchens, including sinks, tables, cabinetry, and other foodservice equipment.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Perform individual, non-production setups for custom fabrication projects
• Plan and execute proper bend sequences for custom parts
• Accurately use tape measures and precision measuring tools, including protractors, squares, and calipers
• Maintain quality standards and verify bend allowances per drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate press brakes for multi-bend parts
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform machine setup adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Obtain forklift, industrial safety, and CPR certifications upon hire
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience
• Experience forming various material types and thicknesses, including stainless steel
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly pay range: $22.00–$35.00 per hour DOE (A and B Operators)

Schedule
• Monday through Friday
