Structural Framer & Remodeling Specialist (Post Falls)

Candidates must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings, problem solve in the field, and think outside the box when dealing with complex repair situations. Much of our work involves custom structural solutions and remodeling challenges that go far beyond standard four-wall construction techniques.
Experience with additions, beam and wall replacements, temporary shoring, structural modifications, and working alongside engineers or architects is highly preferred.
We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, can work independently when needed, and understand the importance of safety, efficiency, and attention to detail on every project.
