SNAP is seeking a Healthy Homes Lead Technician to join our Housing Services Core. If you're an experienced leader who enjoys working in the field, mentoring crews, and making a meaningful impact for local families, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Highlights
ā Full-Time, Regular Position
š² Starting Pay: $23.68ā$26.43/hour DOE
š Full Pay Range: $23.68ā$36.95/hour

In this role, you'll:
š¹ Lead and support weatherization crews in the field.
š¹ Meet with homeowners and explain project expectations.
š¹ Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to program standards.
š¹ Provide technical guidance, oversee quality control, and support complex field projects.
š¹ Promote safe work practices, including lead-safe procedures and health and safety compliance.
š Location: Primarily field-based throughout Spokane County.
