$115 -- Tuning for any type of piano. It takes me roughly two hours to tune one piano. If there is more than one in a household, I will deduct 15%.
$45 -- Pitch raise. That is IF your piano falls below 10¢ flat of the desired pitch, the piano should be at. If the piano is kept on a scheduled yearly tuning, then a pitch raise will never be needed.
65¢ a mile -- Travel, one way from my place of origin to the location of the piano. If more households in your area need their pianos tuned, the mileage total will be cut in half or thirds (depends on how many people in your area want their pianos tuned).
$55 an hour for any minor repair work, like string replacement, regulation, cleaning, and repairing broken or worn action parts.
