16 foot Bell Camping Trailer. The camper box is 14 foot. Sleeps 2 adults. The couch and dinette breaks down into a king size large bed. Has a porta potty room/closet. No propane electric only, lights and outlets. 12 volt interior lights. Has new trailer breaks, new tires, new electric tongue jack, new roof vent. One side window had broken glass panel, replaced with pexiglass. Siding taken off and some framing replaced (Have pictures). The camper is a solid, the structure and floor. Siding could be replaced , but has been sealed and patched with no leaks. Some edges of paneling inside and around windows in cosmeticicaly rough shape. $3000 Have title in hand.
