I upgraded my 2021 Chev 2500HD to a fifth wheel hitch and had to remove the CURT Goose Neck brackets. I do not have the special ball supplied by CURT (called a PUCK...about $300). The complete hitch new is over $1000. You'll have to purchase the special ball from CURT. Here is the link to the Mfg site with all the details. https://www.curtmfg.com/part/60642. This unit fits the CHEVROLET SILVERADO, GMC SIERRA 2500, 3500 HD #60642. I have all the bolts and nuts that came with it. Dramatic reduction!!!!
