Needed desperately for my Brother-in-law who is disabled and on SS only. He drives only occasionally but lives in Elk, WA. and the roads get real icy plus he is up a hill. Can be 185/70R-14 or 195/60R-15 or so. Hopefully already on wheels and reasonably priced.
