Looking for a peaceful affordable spot on private property; the more remote the better (acreage, farm, or wooded property to park our 32 ft travel trailer. It is older but is clean and leak free. Currently it is stored in Ford and honestly the closer to that area the better, but we are open to all areas that are not (much) more than an hour's commute to Spokane Valley.
We can afford around $250.⁰⁰ monthly (+ electric if applicable) .. we'd would prefer a place with an electric hookup but also are fine without as we have other means to get power and are easily self contained.
We are clean and do not like clutter in our area. All "black water" goes into containers and is regularly disposed of properly, we do not use, fill or drain the trailer's septic tank, we have a separate setup for that.
