For any over the top Halloween decorator. Basketball hoop frame with angled metal welded on to create an elevated "flying" effect for a prop of your choice. You can see how I used it in the pictures with a flying witch. I weighted it down with sandbags and also zip-tied it to a fencepost I drove into the ground. One support is broke away, but I never had an issue with it staying upright. Decorations not included. You pick up in Mead near Meadowridge Elementary.
