This Samsung washer does not work. My husband took it apart. We found the spider arm was broke and decided we would just buy a new machine rather than go a couple weeks waiting for the part. The machine is still taken apart so it is just a matter of putting on the new part and putting it back together. Comes with a brand new bearing. That’s what we thought was wrong but when taking it apart it was perfectly obvious it was the spider arm.
