Hi I was wondering if there's a private landlord out there that would let me rent there house/apartment. I am 8 months pregnant and have a 5 year old homeless atm but I can show proof of income. I am looking for a house honestly but if an apartment I'm fine with that to. My credit is bad but I'm willing to pay extra deposit.
